Chrystal is a mutli-business owner. Because of that, she was looking to focus her attention on other areas of her coaching business, The Embodied Baddie (instead of creating content for the Instagram feed). So, she decided she wanted to have a custom 9 Grid designed so her Instagram page still works for her in the background.
Another one of her goals was to start booking speaking engagements at events and conferences, bringing her expertise in somatic breathwork to the business world. I put together a custom package for her that included both a custom 9 Grid and a pitch sheet for her.
Now her Instagram directs people to her podcasts, coaching program, and retreats she hosts in Italy. Her pitch sheet allows her to confidently pitch her breath work sessions and get booked at the events she wants to be at.
In her words: “Wow. I really want to give you feedback but I simply have no notes lol this is SO good!” – Chrystal Rose

Liz booked a VIP Day with me because she was tired of constantly having to post to her Instagram feed. She wanted to switch to a custom 9 Grid so her Instagram acted as a landing page while she focuses on creating the type of content she loves the most—Instagram stories and Threads.
During her VIP Day, I designed her 9 Grid and even designed custom IG Story templates as well.
The story templates have allowed her to create 45 days of IG Story content in 2 hours and her 9 Grid has given potential clients landing on her profile all the info they need to know when making a decision on whether to work with her.
The Project:
Lindsey, a Social Media Manager, first reached out when her client workload started to outgrow her capacity. She needed a designer she could trust to create high-quality, on-brand social media graphics, not just for her business but for her clients as well.
What began as one-off design support quickly evolved into a full VIP Day and eventually a monthly Design Partnership Retainer. Now, I provide consistent, custom graphic design support for Lindsey and her clients through white-label services. This partnership has given her the time, creative freedom, and mental space to take on more clients without burning out, which was the ultimate goal.
About working together, Lindsey says: “I just have to give a huge shoutout to Gia. She’s the kind of person who can take the smallest idea and turn it into something amazing. Truly, I don’t think my business would be where it is without her. As a Social Media and Marketing Manager, I’m constantly juggling creativity, trends, branding, graphics, and all the behind-the-scenes-systems – honestly, the list never ends. Gia has helped me with it all, and she makes it look effortless. 10/10 recommend.”

When Terah first reached out, she was preparing to launch her debut novel, One Summer in Savannah, and needed compelling, on-brand graphics to support her marketing and social media efforts. Her goal was to create visual content that reflected the heart of her story while building consistency across platforms.
Since then, our creative partnership has grown to include custom mailer box designs, social media graphics, and multiple Content Roadmaps. I’ve had the joy of supporting her through the launches of all three of her novels (One Summer in Savannah, Long After We Are Gone, and Where the Wildflowers Grow), helping her storytelling shine visually every step of the way.
She says: "I don't know what I would do without Gia! She has made the social media aspect of my life so much easier. She understands my vision and has the amazing ability to provide me with everything I need! I would truly be lost without her!"
